One Feather Consulting, LLC will work with tribal nations and Native entities to conduct a wide range of research related activities intended to enhance the physical, mental, spiritual, and cultural health of Native Americans at the tribal, local, national, and international levels

One Feather Consulting, LLC will conduct culturally sensitive research using contemporary and scientifically supported research strategies to develop reports, papers, monographs, and books with an emphasis on research to practice that will be useful for Native American and First Nations communities.

Some of the health disparities One Feather Consulting, LLC will address include but are not limited to, are: cancer, alcoholism, substance abuse, addiction, diabetes, obesity, domestic violence, mental health, and heart disease. The organization will build collaborations with Native American Tribes, Native American Casino Projects, Native American Urban Centers, organizations doing work with Tribes or Native American peoples, Native American owned business ventures, Native American based projects, and Government agencies working with Tribal entities.

One Feather Consulting, LLC will also provide Institutional Review Board (IRB) liaison services for research projects working within the Native American landscape. Ultimately, the non-profit entity will work with Native American tribes to build meaningful research agendas.

Funding for the organization will be sought from federal, Native American governments, private foundations, corporate foundations, or individuals for the support of the above purposes.

We invite tribes, tribal health departments, tribal diabetes programs, tribal mental health programs, and tribal substance abuse programs to contact us if they are interested in collaborating on upcoming projects or have ideas for future research projects.

One Feather Consulting, LLC is driven by the needs of community.
